We have found that it is important to be able to quickly shift financing, inspection or other options when you are in front of a seller or another party. These documents were designed so they could be prepared prior to your meeting with the other party, but easily adaptable to your situation when with them. Make sure all blanks are completed before executing. Please note that these documents are not County specific. Each County may have separate disclosures which are not made part of this portal. There is a fee of $395.00 added to any Settlement Statement to my law firm for the use of this Investor Purchase Contract. There is no fee for the use of the Assignment Contract. Sharing of any forms on this site is strictly prohibited and your access will be revoked if anyone other than the permitted investor is found to be using these forms.
