Meet The Owner

Jeffrey P. Shiller

​The principal of the firm, Jeffrey Shiller, is a Maryland native and currently resides in Howard County, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994 and has owned and operated several title, private lending and real estate related companies through the years. He is a member of the Maryland Bar.

Mr. Shiller started his legal career prior to law school, acting as a clerk for a Baltimore-based law firm specializing in guardianship, trusts, estates and real property. He continued his career after graduating law school at that same firm, helping to manage guardianship cases.

In 1998, Mr. Shiller started his first title company, and began his career as a private lender, providing hard money loans for various investors, and helping other lenders do the same. He has continued throughout his career to act as a title attorney, lender and adviser in the real estate, business and finance world.
